PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board for check and a circuit board device for check reducing production costs while surely achieving the electric connection of terminal electrode and connection electrode concerning a circuit device with which the area of terminal electrode is large and a high-density terminal electrode region is partially provided. SOLUTION: Concerning a circuit board 10 for check for a circuit device 1 having the terminal electrode area arranging a high-density terminal electrode region 3 and a low-density terminal electrode region 4, this circuit board is composed of a substrate 20 for high-density connection terminal region having a high-density connection electrode region 12 on its surface while arranging a connection electrode 11 corresponding to a terminal electrode 2 in the high-density terminal electrode region 3 and a substrate 15 for low-density connection electrode region forming a reception part 16 corresponding to the high-density terminal electrode region 3 while having a low-density connection electrode region 13 arranging a connection electrode 11 corresponding to the terminal electrode in the low-density terminal electrode region 4 on its surface, and the substrate 20 for high-density connection electrode region is integrally provided at the reception part 16 on the substrate 15 for low-density connection electrode region in the state of locating the connection electrode 11 on the practically same plane as the connection electrode 11 on the substrate 15 for low-density connection electrode region. |
