IMAGE PROCESSING LSI AND ITS ADJUSTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing LSI which does not require a test video signal source on the outside and an image processing LSI adjusting method by which pseudo contour-like noise is easily analyzed. SOLUTION: This LSI is equipped with a sub field processing means 6 dividing and converting an inputted video signal into specified number of sub fields having binary luminance in accordance with a parameter in every field and outputting them as a sub field signal to the outside; a test video signal generating means 4 outputting a test video signal changed in lamp waveform shape that the luminance of a picture element in one field is increased by one unit in every picture element from a minimum level to a maximum level in a horizontal direction; and a switching means 5 switching a video signal inputted from the outside and the test video signal outputted from the generating means 4 and inputting it in the processing means 6.
