PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of a bag-shaped body utilizing press forming at low cost. SOLUTION: By arranging a transfer die 5 which is bulged outward in the radial direction on the outside of a cup-shaped preform 4, also filling up a liquid (shown by dots) in the inside and pressing after covering the opening 9 of the preform 4 with an axial force punch 2, the liquid is compressively pressurized while pressing the end part 10 of the opening 9 and the preform 4 is pressed against the transfer die 5.
