PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attachably and detachably fix two members to each other in a single operation. SOLUTION: A lever mounting member 25 is mounted on a strut member 24. A presser metal fitting 33 is mounted on the strut member 24 in such a manner as to be movable in two orthogonal directions (arrowed directions A, B) and tiltable in an arrowed direction C. The presser metal fitting 33 is energized in the returning direction by a returning spring 54 and pressed to the lever mounting member 25. A pressing lever 41 is rotatably mounted on the lever mounting member 25 through a connecting member 48. The presser metal fitting 33 is rotatably connected to the connecting member 48.
