PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent dislocation of a stopper ring from a specified position without enlarging an actuator. SOLUTION: A through-hole 28 is formed on a portion of a cylinder case 2, which portion is aligned with a groove 26 formed in the vicinity of a stepped portion 25. A spring pin 29 is press-fitted and fixed to the through-hole 28. A stopper ring 27 of a cut circle is internally fitted to the groove 26. A discontinuous portion of the stopper ring 27 is engageable with a portion of the spring pin 29 projected inward in the diametral direction from a bottom surface of the groove 26, for limiting circumferential contraction of the stopper ring 27 and preventing its rotation. Compressed air can freely be fed to a first pressure chamber 22a through an air passage 30 formed inside the spring pin 29.
