PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold down production cost and change the deceleration amount of an engine rotating speed according to the work condition by rotatably supporting a first plate on a second plate biased from the rotation position of a second plate, and rotating the second plate in contact with a third plate interlocking with a lift arm. SOLUTION: In a throttle control device 26, a throttle lever, a throttle arm and a lift arm are interlocked by wires 31, 32 and plate members 5, 9, so that electronic control parts are not used to hold down the production cost. A first plate is rotatably supported on a shaft on a second plate 5 biased from a rotating shaft of the second plate 5, and the second plate 5 is rotated in contact with a third plate interlocking with the lift arm. Therefore, the operation of the throttle lever is always transmitted to the first wire 31, the first plate, the second wire 32 and the throttle arm, thereby setting the throttle position. According to the set position, the throttle position is changed, that is, the engine speed can be adjusted.
