PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method for constructing a housing section in a concrete building in which site works are simplified by previously executing the housing section before a room and by the working of the member of the housing section in a factory and a change into a kit of the member and construction cost is reduced by shortening the term of works. SOLUTION: In the construction method for the housing section in the concrete building, a level frame 1 is laid on a floor face in the case of the execution of a closet section in the concrete building, a bottom plate 2, a rear plate 3, side plates 4a, 4b and a top plate 5 are inserted to connecting groove tools mounted on the end faces of these plates on the level frame 1 and a box body X is formed, and a frame 7 in which sills and lintels for a closet and for the cupboards of the closet are installed integrally is set up on the front of the box body X.
