PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine appearance tool capable of improving ornamental property of a rising part of a veranda, a clothes-drying place, a balcony and the like and preventing dropping. SOLUTION: A fine appearance tool 1 is formed by a fine appearance tool main body 2 hung on in two-folded state on a rising part A of a veranda or the like, a pair of latch parts 3 respectively provided on both sides of the fine appearance tool main body 2, and a fixture 4 for fixing the paired latch parts 3 to the rising part with the fine appearance tool main body 2 hung on the rising part A, and ornaments are applied to the surface of the fine appearance tool main body 2 to improve ornamental property of the rising part A of the veranda or the like and prevention of dropping.
