PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consolidation calculating device capable of computing consolidation in response to the reduction of load and a recording medium on which a consolidation calculating program is recorded. SOLUTION: The consolidation calculating device has a swelling-index input means (S12), by which a swelling index based on the kind of a ground is input, a comparison means (S18), by which load applied to the ground calculated at every execution process and compared with the load of the last execution process, and a resetting means (S20), by which the correspondence relationship of load applied to the ground and the void ratio of the ground is reset on the basis of the swelling index when the load of a current execution process is smaller than the load of the last execution process as the result of comparison.
