PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reconstructing method of a blast furnace, with which a furnace bottom part can easily be separated and removed for a short time. SOLUTION: (1) In the renewing method, with which the furnace bottom part is separated from the blast furnace body and the separated furnace bottom part 5 is shifted from the setting place and removed and on the other hand, a newly constructed furnace bottom part is carried into the setting place, (a) plural penetrated holes 7 are bored in the horizontal direction in the fundation part 9 of the blast furnace just below the furnace bottom part, and (b) the foundation part of the blast furnace is cut off in the horizontal direction at the positions of the penetrating holes and the furnace bottom part and the foundation part of the blast furnace are cut off and (c) a hydraulic pressure lift mechanism provided with a shifting means is set to the penetrating hole and the furnace bottom part is elevated by elevating the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic pressure lift mechanism and (d) the furnace bottom part is drawn out in the horizontal direction by utilizing the shifting means. (2) The shifting means is rolling rollers 14. (3) A means for horizontally cutting off the foundation part of the blast furnace at the penetrating hole, is a wire saw.
