PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation which prevent freezing/frosting by spraying an antifreezing/antifrosting formulation on to the blowoff opening and the screen of a refrigerating machine and the cooling wall surfaces of a refrigerating stocker on purpose. SOLUTION: A formulation of the present invention which prevents freezing/ frosting is spray coated on to the blowoff opening and the screen of a refrigerating machine and the cooling wall surfaces of a refrigerating stocker to enable prevention of freezing/frosting on purpose. Normally, the formulation forms a white film on the surfaces and thus, the external appearance is the same as in the absence of the film. Since the spray coating of the formulation increases heat conductivity, electricity can be saved, and the formation of frost like white cotton can be also prevented and thus, the refrigerating machine and the refrigerating stocker are hygienic.
