PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which surely prevents entanglement of a welding wire each other filled in a pail owing to a drawing out means when the welding wire is drawn out of the pail. SOLUTION: This is a device to prevent entanglement which is given to a welding wire W stacked in a loop and cylindrical state in a wire filling pail by twist given by a drawing out means. In the device, rotary shafts 13 and 15 of a pair of rollers 12 and 14 are made to be parallel by providing an adjustment mechanism 20 which rotates an upper flat roller 12 of a pair of rollers 12 and 14 in proximity in the drawing out manner 11 for the welding wire W from the pail 1 along an axial direction of the rotary shaft 13 of the roller 12.
