PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable winning ball device capable of stably leading one hit ball to a prescribed passage. SOLUTION: When the hit ball P1 is stopped at a stop part 31 for stopping one hit ball while ball receiving members 28a and 28b are in an open state, the stopped hit ball P1 is discharged to a predetermined passage below when the ball receiving members 28a and 28b are changed from the open state to the closed state. Thus, one hit ball is surely and stably led to the predetermined passage below.
