A fastener has a body (20), (e.g. a nut) and a cage (30) with a washer (36) in between. The washer (36) is provided with cam surfaces on opposite sides (42', 44), one of which corresponds with a cam surface (42) on the body (20) and the other of which corresponds with a cam surface (44') on the cage (30). Alternatively there may be no washer between the body and the cage, the complementary cam surfaces being between the body and the cage. |
