PURPOSE: A process of preparing the titled decorative floor covering by using an ultraviolet curable polyurethane-based surfactant on the surface of a decorative floor covering under each coating and curing condition is provided. Whereby, the floor covering does not become dirty by a contaminant and is easy for cleaning. CONSTITUTION: This superior stain resistant decorative floor covering comprises a surface layer(20) comprising several layers, a base layer(10) and a backing layer(30) comprising one or two or more layers, wherein the upper most layer of the surface layer is a surface-treated layer(25) which is prepared by air knife coating of a composition containing 40 parts by weight of urethaneacrylate oligomer, 7 to 11 parts by weight of monomer 2-hydroxypropylacrylate, 43 to 34 parts by weight of 1,6-hexanedioldiacrylate, 0 to 5 parts by weight of trimethylolpropaneethoxytriacrylate, 4 parts by weight of acetophenone photoinitiator, 1 part by weight of silicone and 5 parts by weight of silica as a matting agent and then curing. The backing layer comprises a foam layer(31) or mechanical foam layer(32).
