Compositions of immunostimulatory polymers and saponin adjuvants and uses thereof

Vaccine compositions of immunostimulatory phosphazenes and saponin adjuvants and antigens and the use thereof for stimulating immunity are disclosed. Also described are immune adjuvant compositions comprising immunostimulatory phosphazenes and saponin adjuvants. The immune adjuvant compositions may be used to enhance cell-mediated immune response and to enhance antibody production. Also described is a method of stimulating immunity to an antigen.
