PURPOSE: A complex repair method of a non-excavation type sewer system using a packer installed with an unmanned camera comprised of a watertight test method and a CCTV examination and grouting method or a CCTV examination and lining method are provided to improve the efficiency of working by reducing the time of working and the labor, and not to obstruct the traffic around a working place. CONSTITUTION: The watertight test method of a non-excavation type sewer system comprises the steps of; positioning a packer(26) installed with an unmanned camera(22) in a damaged portion of the sewer system; expanding the packer by injecting a compressed air generated from an air compressor into the packer so that the outer surface of the packer tightly comes in contact with an inner wall of the sewer system; pumping the air to a discharge hole(24) provided in the packer through a medicine supply pipe(18); and confirming the damage degree of the sewer system with an exterior controller by checking the amount of the discharged air.
