PURPOSE:To smoothen air suction and flow from a heat exchanger provided on the rear face side of an indoor unit and improve its capability for a flow rate without allowing a drain pan to be brought into contact with the heat exchanger to cause dehumidification condensate to flow to the air flow side and without the need for the additional grooving of the heat exchanger, which affects an increase of cost, by disposing an arcuate section of a substantially semicircular cylinder on the air flow side at a top end of the drain pan for the dehumidification condensate treatment, which is provided on the rear face side of the indoor unit. CONSTITUTION:Air suction and flow are smoothened and the capability of an indoor unit for an air flow rate is improved by mounting an arcuate section of a substantially semicircular cylinder 14 on an air flow side at a top end of a drain pan 5 for treating dehumidification condensate produced by a heat exchanger 8b provided on a rear face side of the indoor unit. |
