PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart fuel impermeability, flexibility, fire retardancy, cold resistance, oil resistance and weatherability by laminating at least two layers of an inner layer comprising a polyamide resin or fluoroplastic and an outer layer comprising a soft thermoplastic resin having specific rigidity to thermally fuse the respective laminated layers. SOLUTION: An outer layer comprises a compounded compsn. consisting of 100 pts.wt. PVC, 85 pts.wt. plasticizer (polyester type), 40 pts.wt. plasticizer (phthalate type), 3 pts.wt. Ba-Zn composite stabilizer, 80 pts.wt. calcium carbonate, 190 pts.wt. partially crosslinked NBR, 0.3 pts.wt. org. peroxide and 10 pts.wt. fire retardant and the hardness of this compsn. after 10 sec needle penetration by JIS: K6723 is 60. An inner layer comprises polyamide 11. An adhesive intermediate layer consists of three layers of a compounded compsn. consisting of 100 pts.wt. chlorinated polyethylene, 20 pts.wt. plasticizer, 3 pts.wt. Ba-Zn composite stabilizer and 20 pts.wt. calcium carbonate. This laminated tube is formed by a blow molding method. |
