PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas separation module having high gas separation efficiency even when much gas to be treated is treated. SOLUTION: In the gas separation module 1 provided with plural filter tubes 4 capable of separating a specified gas and in which module the specified gas in the gas to be treated is reported by supplying the gas to be treated containing the specified gas and heated to a prescribed temp. to the inside of the filter tubes 4 and permeating the specified gas in the gas to be treated to the outer surface of the filter tubes 4, gas pipes 6 as return passages are provided and arranged closely to the filter tubes 4 so that the filter tubes 4 and the gas pipes 6 as return passages are heated each other by the heat radiated from each of the tubes and pipes by introducing and passing the gas after passing the filter tubes 4 to the gas pipe 6 as the return passage.
