PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To act the load free of an odd feel on a training person by using a viscous coupling as a load generator in a training system constituted to enable the training person to carry out an aerobic exercise, muscle strengthening exercise and stretch exercise. SOLUTION: The training system 1 comprises a saddle 1B, a handle 1A, pedals 1C, a crank 1D and a pedestal 1E. The viscous coupling 2 is disposed at the center of rotation of the crank 1D as a loading means for a pedaling exercise. This viscous coupling 2 consists of a housing, a hub, a cover, plural steel plates and parts, such as spacer rings, and has a braking function as the viscosity of oil gives rise to resistance. The training system 1 allows the coupling and separating of a part including the handle 1A and a part including the pedals 1C and the spacing therebetween may be regulated by means of a joint 1F so as to meet the physique of the training person.
