PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of solid fuel using domestic organic waste is provided to prevent soil contamination resulting from leachate as well as to prolong landfill lifetime. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (i) mixing 50-60wt.% of domestic organic waste, including garbage, livestock waste, excrements, and sludge, 5-15wt.% of combustible material such as coal, 5-15wt.% of moisture controller such as waste paper and sawdust, 15-25wt.% of materials for shaping, including clay, sand, and soil; (ii) extruding the mixture.
