PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply set up data for specifying a communication party. SOLUTION: A voice recognition engine 101 recognizes voice and generates 1st and 2nd words corresponding to the voice. A voice commander 102 compares the 1st word with a previously registered 3rd word. A dictionary setting data base 114 stores specific data for specifying a party to be communicated. When the 1st word corresponds to the 3rd word, an electronic mail program 54A controls display so as to display a screen for inputting the contents of communication. The engine 101 selects the stored specific data corresponding to the 2nd word. The program 54A sets up the specific data selected by the engine 101 in the screen.
