PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold the secret of a bookmarker domain space and to permit plural users to share bookmarker capability by installing a memory means for storing a destination address and a means mapping the plural users in plural stored destination addresses and giving access functions only to the mapped addresses. SOLUTION: In a bookmarker management processing, data are inputted to data structure according to a user accessing one bookmarker stored in a favorite directory domain space (401). In the bookmark management processing, the data structure is periodically scanned, and the bookmark which is not used much is recognized (402). Then, the recognized bookmark is moved to the 'previous favorites' directory of the domain space in the bookmark management processing (403). The contents of the previous favorites directory is checked arbitrarily and periodically checked (404), and a bookmark satisfying the other reference showing that the bookmarks are not likely to be used is deleted (405). |
