摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy confinement piezoelectric vibrator having satisfactory characteristics which requires no adhesive for supporting the piezoelectric vibrator and has an insert support structure of simple structure. SOLUTION: Related to an energy confinement piezoelectric vibrator, each central part of a first electrode 21, a second electrode 22, and a third electrode 23 is positioned at each vertex of an isosceles triangle on one plane of a piezoelectric ceramics plate 10 having a polarized axis in the thickness direction, with a region surrounded with the first, second, and third electrodes as a vibration region. With the first electrode 21 as a drive electrode and the second and third electrodes 22 and 23 as detecting electrodes, external connection electrodes led out to the periphery of the piezoelectric ceramic plate 10 from the first, second, and third electrodes are supported by a support bracket 24 with conductive soft elastic bodies 1a, 1b, and 1c for electrical connection, as well as insulating soft elastic bodies 2a, 2b, and 2c.
