PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use the display area of a staff monitor when a commutation ticket issuing device displays the staff monitor image data read out of a written application into which purchase information on items is written and the recognition results of the respective items. SOLUTION: The commutation ticket issuing device displays image data of the entire surface of the written application as an initial picture on the staff monitor 4, converts image data of the respective items of the application form into font data as batch recognition results and displays them, or converts image data of the respective items of the application form to font data as sequential recognition results and displays them.
