PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent image having no image defect nor image irregularity by preventing the temperature of a heat fixing roller from getting low so that toner may be completely fixed on a recording medium and preventing the toner from adhering to the heat fixing roller and causing offset in the case of fixing the toner on the recording medium by the heat fixing roller. SOLUTION: In this fixing device, the toner 31 supplied to the recording medium 30 is fixed on the medium 30 by the heat fixing roller 10 having a heating means 12 inside. The device is provided with a flexible exterior body 13 on the outer periphery side of the heat fixing roller, and fluid material 14 is enclosed between the outer peripheral surface 13a of the exterior body 13 and the heat fixing roller.
