PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reflection mirror which has excellent adhesive power to a resin substrate and has excellent durability as well by disposing a ground layer consisting of silicon oxide between a reflection film and the substrate. SOLUTION: The reflection mirror has an amorphous polyolefin resin substrate 1, a silicon oxide film 2 which is the ground layer, a silver film 3 which is the reflection film, an aluminum oxide film 4 which is a first protective layer, a titanium oxide film 5 which is a second protective layer and a silicon dioxide film 6. The silicon oxide film 2 is disposed between the amorphous polyolefin resin substrate 1 and the silver film 3, by which the silver having the poor adhesion property to the resin substrate may be deposited with the good adhesion property. Elements reactive with the silver are not incorporated into the silicon oxide film 2 and, therefore, the deterioration of the silver film 3 generated by the installation of the ground layer can be lessened. The amorphorons polyolefin resin substrate 1 can be used regardless of whether the substrate is transparent or opaque. The aluminum oxide film 4 is further formed on the formed silver film 3 and the titanium oxide film 5 and silicon dioxide film 6 to prevent the deterioration of the silver are formed thereon.
