PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply path to an ice making room which never blocks a spout and a return water port and can lessen the consumption of an adhesive, by enabling a water supply path forming member to be bonded to each other accurately and surely. SOLUTION: An ice making room is made corresponding to a spout 14 and a return water port 15 on a board 16 provided with many spouts 14 and return water ports 15, and a water supply path 13 is arranged corresponding to the spout 14 on the rear of the board 16. Recesses 12 to receive the brims 11 of a water path forming member 11 are provided on both sides of the spout 14 at the rear of the board 16, and the brims 11 of the water supply path forming member 10 are set and bonded into these grooves 12.
