PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulation storage where the goods in the storage do not freeze by preventing the conduction of cold more than necessary to a goods storage. SOLUTION: A plurality of slits 14a are projected at the sections corresponding to the right and left sides of the partition plate in the inner box 12 of a heat insulating box. The slits 14a reduce further conduction of the cold from a cold accumulating agent to the section 12c corresponding to the goods storage space S in the inner box 12 or to the partition plate 40, after conduction from the section 12a corresponding to the cooling source storage in the inner box 12 to the sections 12b corresponding to the right and left sections of the partition plate. Moreover, inner box 12 may be constituted partially of low heat conductive material such as synthetic resin or the like in place of the slits 14.
