PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call back method using user authentication information and operation execution instructing information and capable of shortening line connection waiting time and reducing a line cost by the use of an external computer. SOLUTION: Operation execution instructing information is prepared by an application 11 in an external computer 1, data combining user authentication information and the operation execution instructing information are transmitted from a communication processing part 13 to a data analysis part 22 through a public line 41 and a communication processing part 23 in an intra-office computer 2 to execute user authentication processing. When the user authentication information is usable, the processing part 23 executes call back processing and an application 21 executes operation, based on the operation execution instructing information, and transmits an execution result to the external computer 1 immediately after the completion of the call back processing or after the completion of the call back processing when the processing has not been completed yet. |
