PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device and a recording medium that data stored in a non-volatile memory can be made a value of a safety side by judging a voltage state backing up a RAM. SOLUTION: Processing by this routine is started, and after a second count value S is made 1 once, a first count value (n) takes a value in a range 1-11, so that when a first count value is '0', it is indicated that data of a SRAM are cleared by cutoff of a power source. That is, in an initial routine after restoration of a power source, a second count value S is judged negatively as that the value is not '0' in a step 100, advanced to a step 140, in the step 140, it can be regarded that cutoff of a power source is caused by judging a first count value (n) of the SRAM 29 as '0'. In this case, the routine is advanced to a step 120 through a step 110, and a second count value S is counted up. |
