PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain technology which enables speedy response, without investigating the usage state of a contractor, when the contractor inquires or propose a discount service article. SOLUTION: Charge-calculated article information showing a charge-calculated article among articles set in customer data (116) of a contractor is obtained, the charge for the use of the charge-calculated article such that the value of the information indicates is calculated from use state data 115 before the contractors inquiry, and the calculation results of applied articles and unapplied articles are stored in database (119 and 120); and customer profile information is generated (201) by statistically integrating the use state data of the contractor by satistical integration items, and the information of the contractor of this month is compared with that of the previous month. When there are changes in the information, the best article for the usage state of this month corresponding to the changes is extracted from a table, where the kinds of changes and articles are made to correspond to each other, and the value of the charge-calculated article information set in the customer data of the contractor is varied on the basis of the extraction result (203). |
