The invention relates to an arrangement for areas (1) in which means for actuation by persons (2) in a certain way in order to solve a number of problems (E). A control device (3) incorporated in the aforementioned means for achieving automatic control of the solution of the problems comprises at least one of the following automatically acting control devices: inductive sensor (4), capacitive sensor, magnetic contact, light relay, movement detector, and photocell.
