PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the pretreatment device of a specimen that can accurately judge the deterioration of a solid phase in a nozzle that brings a sample into contact. SOLUTION: In the pretreatment device, pressure is reduced by a syringe 32 for sucking the mixing liquid of a specimen and a combination accelerator into the inside of a nucleic acid capture chip 31. After fixed time from a point when the reduction of the pressure is started, the pressure in piping 35 is measured. When a pressure value is outside a specific pressure range r1, entire liquid in the chip 31 is discharged, the chip 31 is removed from a nozzle 39, and the new chip 31 is connected to the nozzle 39. On the other hand, when the pressure value is within the range r1, it is judged that a solid phase 38 in the chip 31 is normal, and suction and discharge are repeated for a specific number of times for bringing the solid phase into contact with the mixing liquid only when the pressure value of the piping 35 exists within a specific pressure range r2 while the operation of the syringe 32 is stopped, and at the same time the pressure value is within a pressure range r3 after fixed time t3 from a point when the operation of the syringe 32 is stopped. |
