PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely confirm that streets which lead to a destination after a travel course guide to a search destination are completed. SOLUTION: When a vehicle reaches the vicinity of a destination, a road map comprising streets is displayed on a display for reaching a user's destination from a vehicle's current position. Upon completion of display of the road map comprising streets, a voice informing completion of a course guide, such as 'We are now in the vicinity of destination', or 'Guidance completed' is outputted. Thus, the display of the road map comprising streets is completed for leading a user to the destination, when a voice indicating completion of course guide is outputted. So, a user who looks at a display after hearing the voice indicating the completion of course guide can refer to a road map (streets, etc.), for reaching user's destination from a vehicle's current position at once, without having to be concerned about the travel course. |
