PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fetch a signal from a controller side, and to conduct the fine adjustment and change of a set value. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a display part 2 having a scale board 9 for displaying an analog scale display 8 and a needle 16, a stepping motor 3 for moving the needle 16, an encoder 6 for detecting the indicated position of the needle 16, and a communicating circuit 4 connected through a communicating means 20 with a programmable controller 18. Moreover, this device is provided with a CPU 12 for transmitting a detection signal obtained by the encoder 6 through the communicating circuit 4 and the communicating means 20 to the programmable controller 18, and for fetching a signal from the programmable controller 18 side received by the communicating circuit 4, and for moving the needle 16 by driving the stepping motor 3, and for allowing the encoder 6 to detect the movement of the needle 16, and to feedback it to a motor driving circuit 3A of the stepping motor 3.
