<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an online service providing system with which a user PC can receive service providing without caring of the business hours or line number of a service base. SOLUTION: An automatic agency device 5 is interposed between PC 1 (1-1 to 1-4) to request services and plural service bases 7 (7A-7C) for providing services and the service request of the PC1 is transmitted to one of service bases 7. A utilization authority DB 16 stores information on respective users. A service base DB 17 stores the business hour zones of the respective service bases 7. While referring to the utilization authority DB 16, the automatic distributing device 5 discriminates the authorities of users. Besides, while referring to the service base DB 17, the service base 7 in the business hour band at present is selected and communication with the PC 1 is repeated.</p> |
