PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restart I communication without invalidating a session of TCP under communication by providing an identifier request means which stores an identifier at the time of connection and requests a 2nd information processor to acquire the identifier of last connection stored in a storage means when a connection with a network is made. SOLUTION: A configure request packet is received from an information processor 10 as a client and when the IP address included in this packet is 0.0.0.0, an IP address is specified, but when not, it is judged whether or net the IP address that the information processor 10 requests may be assigned. The judgment is made by checking whether or not the IP address that the information processor 10 requests is an assignable IP address stored in a memory 22.
