PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen the functions of an electronic equipment main body by lacing the equipment in operation while adding the function of an additional function unit fitted detachably to part of the main body and having functions different from the functions of the main body. SOLUTION: An engagement recessed part 9 which penetrates the electronic equipment main body 5 from the front to the back at both lower side parts of the main body 5 is provided. An additional function unit 10 is composed of a function unit main body 11 and a sliding body 12 which is integrated slidably in the function unit main body 11 to fix and cupola the electronic equipment main body 5. The function unit main body 11 has in its inside a circuit and a mechanism for displaying a desirable function and is provided with a front-open storage part 13 at its upper part and with an engagement projection part 14 which engages the engagement recessed part 9 of the electronic equipment main body 5 on both the wall surfaces of the storage part 13. Further, a DC plug is connected to a DC jack 15 provided at the lower part of the function unit main body 11. The sliding body 12 is made of an elastic material and fitted slidably to the outer periphery part of the function unit main body 11.
