PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interphone system with a transfer function, that a master terminal receiving a call signal from a slave terminal, installed at an entrance of a house or the like automatically calls an external communication terminal registered in advance under a prescribed condition and quickly connects the communication terminal to the slave terminal. SOLUTION: This interphone system is provided with a slave terminal 1 that has a call means 12 and a speech means 11, a visitor detection means 6 that detects a person present around the slave terminal, and a master terminal 2 that is connected to the slave terminal and the visitor detection means and connected to an external communication terminal 5 via a communication channel 4. The master terminal is provided with an automatic dial means 28, that receives a detection signal from the visitor detection means and calls the communication terminal registered in advance, a connection means 21 that receives a call signal from the call means and connects the speech means of the slave terminal to the speech means 51 of the communication terminal, and a transfer setting means 26 that selects connection priority by the call from the automatic dial means and the connection by the connection means.
