PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To first receive and store the text information (image information) of a plurality of set URLs from all of the URLs and subsequently to receive and store the image information (link destination information) of all of the URLs when residual capacity exists sufficiently in a storage area. SOLUTION: A plurality of URLs are preliminarily set in an automatic circulation mode, the text information of all of the URLs is received (S25-3) and stored in a storage area (S25-6). The residual capacity of the storage area is checked (S25-10), and if the residual capacity exists equally to or more than fixed quantity, image information is received in all of continuously set URLs (S25-12). Since the text information is received preferentially and image information is also received when the residual capacity of the storage area is sufficient, information omission due to residual capacity shortage can be prevented, and the outline of needed information can be known due to the reception of the text information. It is also possible to receive the image information preferentially and then to receive the link destination information of the image information when the residual capacity is sufficient.
