PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely eliminate the primary factor of an error caused by an engagement radius, and at the same time the element of the radius of a follower toothed wheel by providing a rotation surface for setting a first cross angle on a surface including an engagement tangential line of two toothed wheels, and at the same time by providing the rotary shaft of the second cross angle of a rotation shaft where an engagement tangential line on the rotation surface is used as a center. SOLUTION: On a surface including the engagement tangential line of toothed wheels 1 and 2, a rotation surface for setting a cross angleθ1 is provided. In addition, the rotation shaft of a cross angleθ2 where an engagement tangential line existing on the rotation surface for setting the cross angleθ1 is set to a center. To cope with the combination of the toothed wheels with a different engagement radius, a calibration mechanism for setting the correct distance between shafts while theθ1 andθ2 are set to 0 deg., thus reducing the fluctuation between the distance between the shafts and the cross anglesθ1 andθ2 even when temperature is non-uniformly increased.
