PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain connection in a smaller and narrower area than for soldering connection by winding a winding terminal around a terminal part having a cross section area larger than that of a winding member for winding the winding terminal, heating and melting the terminal of a terminal bus, and joining it to the winding terminal. SOLUTION: The commutator piece of a motor is provided with a radial part extending outward in a radial direction from a commutating part, a polar part 2231 which is on the part of the radial part and exposes a metallic surface, and a terminal part 2251 extending from the radial part and connecting a winding terminal. Insulators 1301, 1401, and a commutator 2001 are mounted on the part to which a shaft 1101 and a core 1201 are fixed. A winding terminal 1511 is wound by a plurality of turns, around the protruding pole of the core 1201 and the terminal 2251 having a cross section area far larger than that of the winding member of the winding terminal of the commutator. The bus end of the terminal 2251 is heated and melted by arc welding and formed into a spherical shape, which wraps the wound winding terminal 1511 for jointing. The pole is disposed between a commutating part and the terminal, so that welding current can avoid passing through the commutating part, thus it is possible to prevent degradation of quality.
