PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable accurately rotary operating by forming a structure where a rotary part consisting of a circular operating cavity inserts its legs and snaps into a through hole of a dial part to be rotatably axis-supported. SOLUTION: A rotary part 3 consisting of an elastomer of a rotary dial 1, comprises a circular operating cavity 301 at an upper end of the part 3 having a hollow on a surface, legs 302a, 302b under the cavity 301, and section- triangular nail shaped snaps 303a, 303b. These snaps 303a, 303b are deformed to a center axis direction by external force exerted and elasticity of both legs 302a, 302b, and then rotatably inserted a washer hole 401 of a washer 4, and a through hole 202 at a center of a cavity 201 of a dial part 2. As a result, the rotary part 3 is axis-supported at the through hole 202 of the dial part 2 to be rotated with an axis as a center in process the dial part 2 is rotated by press-fitting a top end of a finger to the surface of the operating cavity 301. For the above, the rotary dial 1, which press-fits a shaft 501 into a press- fitting hole 203, can be stably rotated without slipping while keeping a state that the finger firstly contacts with the surface of the operating cavity 301.
