PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension damping device to be used for an automobile to self-adjust when corresponding to a load of the automobile and a condition of a road surface. SOLUTION: An air constitution like an adaptivity load depending device to connect an air spring 20 and a fluid cushion shock absorber 10 to each other is incorporated into the device. The air constitution 26 directly connects the air spring 20 and the shock absorber 10 to a high pressure circuit to provide a hard comfortableness to a vehicle. In another case, the device is changed over to indirectly connect the air spring and the shock absorber 10 to a low pressure circuit to offer a soft comfortableness. A sensor is installed so as to detect a state to work so that a control valve is changed over between the hard comfortableness and the soft comfortableness.
