PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax impact applied to an output shaft by suppressing increase in the axial directional length, and shorten the length by arranging a right side damper chamber in an output shaft hollow part. SOLUTION: A damper device 70 for buffering the output shaft 20 of a booster device is equipped with a rod 76 pivottally mounted on the left side damper chamber 75 inserted by the shaft 20 and inserted into an output shaft hollow part 20a, a piston 78 slidably contacted by the outer periphery to the hollow part inner periphery, a sleeve 82 supported by the hollow part inner periphery and externally fitted to the rod 76, a right side damper chamber 80 formed between the sleeve 82 and the piston 78, a communication passage 83 openly provided on the sleeve 82 and communicating both the damper chambers 75 and 80, a check valve 87 allowing the flow from a reservoir 85 to the damper chamber 75, a bypass 89 communicating the reservoir 85 and the chamber 75, a valve path 91 having communication holes 92, 93, and 94 and openly provided on the rod 76, and a check valve 95 interposed in the path 91 and allowing the flow from the bypass side to the chamber 80 side.
