PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable welded joint structure for pipings differed from each other in material, with which the ordinary welding technique can cope without employing a T-joint with a flange. SOLUTION: When material of a piping 1 in which low temperature fluid flows and material of a piping 2 in which high temperature fluid flows, differ from each other by 2 or more ranks in 'P-number' specified by Japanese Industrial Standard JIS Z3040, in a piping connecting structure applied to a branch place, into which high temperature fluid and low temperature fluid flow, a collar-like flange 4 fitted on the outer periphery of the piping 2 and a sleeve 5 interposed between the flange 4 and a branch hole of the piping 1 so as to around the tip part of the piping 2, are added between the piping l and the piping 2, and after material of the flange 4 is ranked in the same rank as material of the piping 2 in 'P-number', and material of the sleeve 5 is ranked in an intermediate rank between the materials of the piping 1 and the piping 2, respective members are welded-joined to each other, and further a flow guide 6 for introducing a part of the low temperature fluid flowing through the piping l into the inside of sleeve to circulate it, is provided on the outer periphery of the tip of the piping 2.
|
