PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To illuminate a storage chamber from a position necessary when worked such as a maintenance or the like in the storage chamber and to easily execute work by detachably mounting a portable flat fluorescent lamp on an inner surface of the chamber. SOLUTION: An illuminator 20 has a flat fluorescent lamp 21 and a frame material. The material has a size easy to carry and a frame part 23 projected from its front surface. A recess 25 having a predetermined width is formed on the front surface of the part 23, and an edge 24 is formed at a periphery of the part 23. A magnetic member 26 such as a plate-like magnet member or the like is provided on a rear surface of the material. A side plate panel 3 is normally mounted on a surface of the prefabricated low temperature warehouse at a storage chamber side by the member 26. If the member 26 is not mounted at the panel 3 by its magnetism, the member 26 is mounted at the panel 3 by a plurality of screw clamping holes formed at the edge 24 of the material. Meanwhile, the lamp 21 is embedded in the recess 25 of the material.
