PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform work in a substrate mounting process, securely perform grounding without requiring a hole for a screw or hook pin in a substrate, and easily perform repairing work without requiring a soldering part. SOLUTION: In assembling an IC card connector 11, a key part 17 and a spring part 25 formed at one end of a shield cover 23 hold a groove 27 in a substrate 19 to set a shield cover 23. An engagement part 29 at the other end of the shield cover 23 is engaged with an engagement protrusion 31 on the substrate 19, and as a result, the shield cover 23 is fixed and held to the substrate 19. Assemblage of the IC card connector 11 is thus completed. A frame part 15 and a base connector part 21 are thus covered by the shield cover 23. At least one of the key part 17 and the spring part 25 is used as a grounding terminal. |
